Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Web Developer in Latin America to work directly with our marketing and CRO team in Santa Ana, California. You'll build the landing pages, Shopify sections, and A/B test variants that our marketing team runs paid traffic into — and you'll learn, page by page, why one version converts and another does not. This isn't a role where you get handed tickets and left alone. You'll join our standups, see the performance data on everything you build, and get direct feedback from the marketing team on everything you ship. If you want ownership and a growth path, this was made for you. What You'll Do Everyday - Landing page & test variant builds: Responsive, conversion-focused pages from Figma files and scoped briefs — plus the A/B variants that test them. - Shopify theme work: Liquid template edits, custom sections, product page and checkout enhancements across three brands. - Tracking implementation & QA: Adding and verifying GA4 events, GTM tags, and Meta/TikTok pixels — then proving they fire exactly once, at the right moment. - Component library maintenance: Extending the shared section library and keeping the build documentation current. - AI-assisted development: Using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar to work faster — with the understanding to explain every line you ship. - Daily async communication: Written standups, early blocker escalation, and clear documentation across a time-zone boundary. Qualifications - 2–3 years of hands-on web development, with a portfolio of responsive pages you personally built. - Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals — you build by hand, not only with drag-and-drop tools. - Shopify or Liquid exposure. Depth is a plus. - Understanding of tracking — what a pixel is, what an event is, why it matters. - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). - Practical use of AI coding tools, and the ability to explain what the code you ship actually does. - Bonus: Webflow, Google Tag Manager, or any conversion-focused eCommerce work. - Ability to work 9am–6pm PST, with reliable internet and workspace. - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you ask why a page converted, not just what to build next. Benefits - Paid time off & observed local holidays - Fully remote — work from anywhere in LATAM - Direct collaboration with the marketing and CRO team on real conversion work - Real production work — you'll see the conversion data on everything you build - Fast-track growth in a small, high-velocity team
