• Sales activities and revenue responsibility: successfully develop the customer portfolio and drive new business • Customer support and relationship management: build trusted customer relationships and offer tailored solutions • Proposal and contract negotiations: prepare persuasive proposals and conduct professional price negotiations • Market and competitor analysis: proactively identify sales opportunities, market potential and trends • Reporting and documentation: prepare sales and visit reports • Collaboration with internal interfaces: coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Development • Representation and presentations: present products at trade shows and events

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry
  • Relevant vocational training or degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer agreements
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage for international markets
  • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns
  • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events
  • Sales-driven mindset: motivated, structured, independent, customer-oriented, results- and solution-focused, communicative, resilient, eager to learn
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
