• Administer medications in the patient's home (home care), specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings • Assess monitor pre and post-injection/infusion treatments as directed by program protocols • Complete necessary documentation based on policies and procedures, and as directed by the College of Nurses, and Innomar ISO accreditation standards of practice • Provide patient / Caregivers education based on product monographs and program protocols, individually or in groups • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures • Provide reliable availability based on the agreed upon employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics Key Performance Indicators • Communicate and work effectively amongst multi-disciplinary teams to meet established timelines • Participate regularly in team web-based meetings/training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE and Nurse Champion • Adhere to professional nursing standards prescribed by the professional associations and Innomar • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary health care team providing oversight and delegation of applicable tasks to LPNs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6+ years of clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or related field required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats
  • Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to analyze information and apply problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present information clearly to varied audiences
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Ability to build effective interpersonal working relationships
