Contractor Management Specialist

Travel Nurse Across America

• Partner with healthcare professionals during their assignments to deliver exceptional service • Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor questions, concerns, and support needs • Conduct proactive check-in calls to ensure a positive contractor experience • Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with assignment transitions • Extend offers and guide contractors through pre-start processes • Collaborate with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal partners to resolve issues quickly • Accurately document contractor interactions and follow-up activities within the ATS/CRM • Identify opportunities to improve contractor satisfaction and retention • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer experience expectations

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service or relationship management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting healthcare professionals, staffing, recruiting, or account management (preferred)
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM (preferred)
  • Experience in a metrics-driven or service-oriented environment (preferred)
