Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting Product, Engineering, Operations, or other technical organizations. - Experience partnering with leaders through high-growth, scaling, or post-merger integration, helping teams scale and navigate change. - Strong business acumen and executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders and translate business priorities into people strategy. - Demonstrated success coaching leaders through performance, organizational design, talent strategy, and complex people matters. - A builder mindset—you create scalable programs and ways of working, thrive in ambiguity, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. - A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology, with a track record of using new tools to improve how work gets done and helping organizations adapt to new ways of working. - Thrives in fast-paced, evolving organizations where ambiguity is expected and building is part of the job. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
