- Must-Have Experience: **
- 4 to 7 years in eCommerce, CRO, Digital Product, or UX-focused growth roles — **this is not a content, SEO, or paid media role**
- Builds with AI,** not just uses it — has personally designed or deployed AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems; treats AI as a systems-building capability, not a copy or ideation aid
- Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX, designing page components, and rewriting value propositions and copy to improve conversion
- Proven track record improving landing page and funnel conversion performance with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools (GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel or similar)
- Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making
- Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements
- Note: AI ability will be assessed via a case study + debrief as a mandatory step in the interview process**
