Assist World
• Research, compare, and book flights for the Sales Manager and international guest speakers traveling from Mexico to the U.S. (and between U.S. cities). • Evaluate rental car options as an alternative to flights for shorter regional legs of multi-city tours. • Source and book hotel accommodations, ideally co-located with event venues, to minimize team mobility needs. • Request and compare quotes from hotels and event venues; liaise directly with venue/hotel contacts. • Support planning logistics for a back-to-back, multi-city speaker tour (approx. 6 cities across 7 days). • Research and help coordinate a multi-day VIP experience in Las Vegas for approximately 50 people (accommodations, private venue/house rental, dining, entertainment). • Research and help secure a venue in Dallas for a company launch/annual convention in October, accommodating approximately 1,000 attendees. • Track and organize logistics details (confirmations, itineraries, costs) and provide clear cost comparisons to support decision-making. • Provide general administrative support related to event and travel coordination as needed.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required.
- Prior experience with travel booking, event logistics, or hotel/venue sourcing preferred.
- Strong research skills and comfort reaching out to hotels/vendors to negotiate and compare quotes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving logistics pieces at once.
- Comfortable working independently with limited oversight, given the client's own limited bandwidth.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during required working hours.
