• Work closely with current accounts and seek/capture new customers. • Act as a consultant to help customers successfully buy and sell products using the bidadoo platform. • Build long-term customer relationships and profitably grow revenues in their territories. • Aggressively source new business opportunities for weekly auctions and marketplace through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, advertising, and direct mailings. • Create and execute an ongoing strategic plan to effectively develop and manage the assigned territory driving growth and profitability. • Consult with customers on the valuation and sales estimates of machinery and equipment. • Communicate and provide a great customer experience supporting bidadoo values and brand promise.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, including outside/field sales.
- Proven revenue attainment record through proactive lead generation and consultative selling techniques.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have excellent business presentation skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and applications.
- Background in the areas which would be helpful include: new and used equipment sales, equipment rental, business valuation and appraisal consulting, equipment auctions, etc.
- Familiarity and experience with internet technologies and sales desired.

Role Description Join BILL as a Manager, Mid-Market Sales and lead a team of account executives responsible for converting prospects of BILL to paying customers for both our Spend & Expense and Accounts Payable products. This leader will focus on coaching and developing sales representatives to exceed KPI’s and quota as well as own influencing and guiding the strategic direction of the team and segment. - Build and mentor a high-performing Mid-Market sales team to lead and grow sales revenue. - Work closely with the sales operations team to build a metrics driven high velocity sales machine through innovation and optimization. - Promote operational excellence through strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and applying data to recognize trends and improve business across all areas. - Manage sales representatives through a high velocity transactional sales process with a focus on managing activities & KPIs (calls, meetings, closes, deal size). - Ability to leverage KPIs for coaching and development. - Provide regular, data-based updates to the leadership team regarding progress against quota attainment, team performance, and any challenges that the team encounters along the way. - Develop a close partnership with marketing teams to create seamless collaboration between demand gen and lead conversion efforts. - Translate market and customer insights into feedback to influence product road map. - Create and execute sales pitches and messaging. - Help build a culture of achievement and success.
