• Maintain freshness standards in market • Ensure all products in the market meet company freshness standards • Regularly inspect retail and distribution points to verify product quality • Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to address any issues related to product freshness • Execute marketing and sales programs in the market to drive product visibility and sales • Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and appeal • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of in-market programs and merchandising efforts • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors • Negotiate terms and agreements to optimize product placement and sales opportunities • Provide ongoing support and communication to retail and distributor partners • Identify and secure new on-premises (bars, restaurants) and off-premises (retail stores) distribution opportunities • Manage existing distribution channels to ensure consistent product availability and sales growth • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform distribution strategies • Plan and execute consumer engagement events to promote brand awareness and product knowledge • Educate consumers about product features, benefits, and brand story through various channels • Gather consumer feedback and insights to inform marketing and sales strategies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the Central and Western North Carolina markets
  • Valid Driver’s License for the state where work is performed
  • Clean driving record
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results
  • Strong judgment and professional maturity
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Willing to work occasional evening and weekend hours
  • Ability to move 155 lb. keg to a two-wheeler and secure
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs for loading tents, tables, beer, etc.
