We’re on the hunt for a sharp, data-driven trailblazer to lead analytics for Outplayed – Overwolf’s flagship platform for capturing, editing, and sharing unforgettable gaming moments used by millions of players worldwide. As our Insights Maestro, you’ll turn billions of gameplay events into clear, impactful insights that shape Outplayed’s direction. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership – serving as the General Manager’s main data partner and the primary link to Overwolf’s central Data team, aligning data needs, pipelines, and insights across the stack. So if you see patterns where others see noise, love diving into complex behavior data, and want your insights to directly influence what we build next – this quest is yours. BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, ideally as a lead analyst within a business unit or a team lead who still loves being hands-on. Proven experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, with strong SQL skills. 2+ years of experience in data modeling, specifically star-schema methodologies (dimensions, facts, profiles, etc.). 2+ years of experience using Tableau. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bonus Points Experience as a BI Developer. Familiarity with predictive analytics methodologies. Hands-on experience with Redash. Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior. Background in B2C, consumer, or gaming products. Experience working with Airflow.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive BI and analytics that measure member engagement and outcomes across Rightway’s Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs. • Analyze member engagement across multiple channels, including application usage, email, telephonic and other inbound and outbound communications. • Produce clinical team and client facing analytics for QBRs, executive reporting and ad hoc inquiries that clearly articulate program value, outcomes and opportunities for optimization. • Apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of member-facing clinical management programs (e.g diabetes, weight management, GLP-1 programs) and establish repeatable measures of efficacy. • Partner cross functionally with clinical, operations, product and client success teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics and scalable reporting solutions. • Support the definition and measurement of return on investment (ROI) for Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs for both clients and internal stakeholders. • Contribute to the evolution of Rightway’s analytics ecosystem by improving data preparation workflows, enabling self-service BI and supporting automated and standardized reporting. • Lead the development of analytical frameworks and methodologies to support strategic initiatives and new program launches. • Communicate complex analyses clearly through data memos, dashboards, presentations and verbal storytelling tailored to clinical and business audiences. • Use AI and advanced analytical tools to accelerate insight generation, root cause analysis and narrative development on top of governed BI models.
