• Lead high-value analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes and aligning cross-functional teams on shared goals. • Standardize reporting across internal and external facing tools, pushing for a single source of truth and system of record for client data. • Prioritize and advocate for analytics work that moves the needle for customers and aligns with strategic company objectives. • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in analyst-driven work. • Cultivate a culture of innovation, curiosity, and initiative within the analytics team. • Mentor and support the career growth of your direct reports through regular feedback and coaching. • Assess team performance with structured, twice-a-year progress reviews. • Identify skills gaps or resourcing needs and escalate proactively. • Champion analytics best practices and provide thought leadership across the organization. • Establish rigorous testing, validation, and data quality processes; ensure consistency across data in internal and external reporting. • Oversee the development of metrics, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive customer impact. • Iterate and embrace continuous improvement in analytics methodologies. • Define and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing senior analysts
- 2+ years working with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both)
- 2+ years working directly with customers or working on customer-facing projects
- Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized businesses
- Technical skills:
- SQL (Advanced)
- BI/data visualization tools (Advanced)

• Own data platform health and pipeline performance with defined SLAs (freshness, completeness, correctness) • Implement modern data observability (monitoring for volume anomalies, freshness gaps, schema changes, and pipeline failures) • Lead incident response and root-cause workflows, partnering with Engineering on cross-system fixes • Define scalable data architecture (warehouse/lakehouse/hybrid) and canonical, governed datasets • Own HIPAA-aware web & product analytics instrumentation, event taxonomy, and QA standards • Uplevel BI dashboard performance, segmentation, and metric governance (semantic layer, documented sources of truth, fast load times) • Provide technical leadership for customer data integrations, partnering daily with Customer Success, Data, and Engineering • Establish lightweight governance: metric definitions, access controls, documentation, and ownership • Mentor team members while shaping the future structure of the data & analytics function
