• Draft contract templates for executive use to increase the efficiency of contract negotiation • Negotiate legal terms on behalf of Rxdefine directly with contracting parties to resolve legal issues to the satisfaction of both parties • Provide legal analysis and consultative services consistent with Rxdefine values as well as applicable laws and regulations, while balancing legal risks with business objectives • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential • Accomplishes organizational mission by completing requested projects as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to determine their business goals and provide legal guidance • Provide counsel to leadership and departments • Adapt professional staff and other documents to changes in regulations, laws, and client practices relating to professional matters. • Review rules of executive agencies for statutory or legal compliance • Recommend organizations policy and positions on legal issues • Conduct research into a variety of legal issues • Take initiative to solve complex legal and regulatory problems • Maintain knowledge of clients’ current business activities, as well as current legal and regulatory requirements

• Develop performant, scalable, and high quality APIs and backend processes for Ostro's SaaS platform, with a strong emphasis on LLM integration. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and refine existing ones, particularly those involving AI/LLM capabilities. • Provide feedback on roadmap and features for your team, contributing to the strategic direction of Ostro’s AI/LLM initiatives. • Ensure code quality and compliance through thorough reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices for LLM-powered applications and Ostro engineering. • Optimize application performance and scalability to meet user demands, especially for LLM inference and data processing. • Stay informed about emerging AI/LLM technologies, prompt engineering techniques, and industry trends. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability of LLM-driven features.

• Own data platform health and pipeline performance with defined SLAs (freshness, completeness, correctness) • Implement modern data observability (monitoring for volume anomalies, freshness gaps, schema changes, and pipeline failures) • Lead incident response and root-cause workflows, partnering with Engineering on cross-system fixes • Define scalable data architecture (warehouse/lakehouse/hybrid) and canonical, governed datasets • Own HIPAA-aware web & product analytics instrumentation, event taxonomy, and QA standards • Uplevel BI dashboard performance, segmentation, and metric governance (semantic layer, documented sources of truth, fast load times) • Provide technical leadership for customer data integrations, partnering daily with Customer Success, Data, and Engineering • Establish lightweight governance: metric definitions, access controls, documentation, and ownership • Mentor team members while shaping the future structure of the data & analytics function
