Role Description We’re looking for a courageous Support Specialist to join the Tebex team and assist our creators and buyers. As a Support Specialist, you’ll be the first line of response for all Tebex-related questions, concerns, and inquiries. Responsibilities: - Answer Tebex-related product questions and services - Process support tickets and messages in an effective and efficient manner via chats and emails - Resolve issues and communicate in a helpful and supportive tone - Maintain a proactive outreach mindset when resolving customer issues - Inform customers about both current and potential service issues - Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed - Maintain Support documentation up-to-date with changes in the platform, knowledge management with GetGuru - Track and monitor KPIs, NPS (Net Promoter Score), and support ratings Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in online customer support - A proven track record of maintaining high standards and attention to detail - Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening - Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain level-headed when dealing with challenging situations - Openness to feedback, constructive criticism, and new ideas - Demonstrated positive, customer-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills to assist and troubleshoot buyer and seller problems effectively - Availability to work full time, approximately 40 hours per week, Thursday to Monday, with hours/shifts determined based on the team’s needs - Experience investigating and troubleshooting software/web issues Requirements - Bonus Points: - Experience with SQL, relational databases and solving technical issues - Technical background with a basic understanding of API’s, databases and HTML/CSS/JavaScript - Passion for PC Gaming Company Description As part of Overwolf, the leading modding platform in the game industry, Tebex supports thousands of server owners and content creators on various platforms, including Minecraft, Rust, Discord, Ark, FiveM, and more.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, building rapport and fostering long-term partnerships. • Manage an established portfolio of publishers, focusing on retention and growth. • Maintain personalized, ongoing communication with each publisher. • Advocate for publisher needs by addressing feature and data requests, reporting, and tools. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth implementations. • Identify key trends across accounts, escalate when necessary, and introduce new strategies to increase revenue and enhance the client experience. • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins to strengthen relationships, analyze performance, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, data-driven trailblazer to lead analytics for Outplayed – Overwolf’s flagship platform for capturing, editing, and sharing unforgettable gaming moments used by millions of players worldwide. As our Insights Maestro, you’ll turn billions of gameplay events into clear, impactful insights that shape Outplayed’s direction. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership – serving as the General Manager’s main data partner and the primary link to Overwolf’s central Data team, aligning data needs, pipelines, and insights across the stack. So if you see patterns where others see noise, love diving into complex behavior data, and want your insights to directly influence what we build next – this quest is yours. BSc/BA in a highly quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst, ideally as a lead analyst within a business unit or a team lead who still loves being hands-on. Proven experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake, with strong SQL skills. 2+ years of experience in data modeling, specifically star-schema methodologies (dimensions, facts, profiles, etc.). 2+ years of experience using Tableau. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Bonus Points Experience as a BI Developer. Familiarity with predictive analytics methodologies. Hands-on experience with Redash. Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior. Background in B2C, consumer, or gaming products. Experience working with Airflow.
