Business Systems Analyst – IT Planning & Engagement

• Work as part of the IT Planning & Engagement team • Collaborate with the Director of Business Systems Analysts • Elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements • Collaborate with development team to design and transition functional requirements into technical solutions • Develop a trusting relationship with customers • Test user stories and ensure all acceptance criteria is met • Work within an agile environment following sprint commitments and release schedules • Help define the scope and objectives of moderately complex system-related projects • Prepare end-user procedures and manuals and provide end-user training

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or relatable position
  • Experience working with business units to define needs, provide analysis and document consequences of change
  • Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that meet the customer needs and IT best practices
  • Experience with Agile methodology and proven ability to transform complex problems into stories
  • Working knowledge of various coding languages, including SQL, C#, or JS
  • Working knowledge of various software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center Technology, Application Extender, CMOD, APIM, HP Exstream or Microsoft Power BI

System Engineer Location: PA-Philadelphia Job Description: Responsibilities **GENERAL SUMMARY:** This position is for an entry level machinery controls system engineer. The main function of the candidate will be to provide lifecycle support of fielded Machinery Control Systems (MCS) on the USS ARLEIGH BURKE class of destroyer. This includes shipboard support as well as Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) support.
