Sales Development Representative
Maneva
• Proactively generate high-quality pipeline through disciplined cold outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn-based sequencing. • Execute a territory plan targeting manufacturing plants and multi-site manufacturers that align with Maneva’s ICP. • Maintain high daily outbound activity levels to consistently create new opportunities without reliance on inbound leads. • Expertly leverage lead generation and sales intelligence tools, including ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Utilize Generative AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and improve conversion rates. • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and utilize Gong to refine messaging and improve discovery techniques. • Engage directly with manufacturing stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and plant leadership. • Conduct initial discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points on the factory floor. • Effectively communicate the ROI-driven value proposition of Maneva’s AI platform to technical and business buyers.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of B2B sales development or outside/inside sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for qualified leads and meetings.
- Previous experience navigating the manufacturing space or selling into factory environments.
- Expertise in modern outbound tooling, specifically ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Apollo.
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging Generative AI and conversational intelligence tools (like Gong) to optimize sales workflows.
- Strong discipline in territory planning and executing repeatable outbound sequences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

- Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $80,000 per year.
