• Support customers, prospective customers, and partners with Leadfeeder-related questions and requests • Handle inbound conversations across live chat and email • Help customers adopt the product more effectively and get stronger outcomes from their usage • Follow up on open issues and keep cases moving toward resolution • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve product or technical issues • Maintain accurate customer records and keep internal systems and documentation up to date • Support operational workflows, including reporting, bug coordination, and GDPR-related removal requests during the transition phase • Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
• Own end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and data access queries in line with GDPR and applicable regulations. • Maintain and continuously improve our DSAR intake, processing, and response workflows, reducing manual effort through automation where possible. • Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation tools to increase accuracy, speed, and consistency across legal ops processes. • Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR, to fulfil data requests and support cross-functional compliance. • Support the General Counsel with ad hoc legal operations tasks as needed.
• Your role will be to qualify and engage potential customers, ultimately driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region. • Your mission is to transform interest into opportunity by qualifying warm leads, uncovering pain points, and setting our Account Executives up for success. • Your daily activities will be completed primarily by telephone, email and LinkedIn, but will also include other methods such as video and voice-notes, for example. • You’ll utilise a question-based and value-led approach to establish connections with inbound leads, as well as using our targeting criteria, intent and signal data to engage accounts showing high levels of interest in Dealfront. • Our SDR’s occasionally attend networking events whenever necessary, to build relationships and generate leads, as well as ad-hoc in person team building events and coaching.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for our hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS, with an on-premise extension in Hetzner . • Design, document, and lead the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions following industry best practices. • Oversee technical analysis, cost estimation and optimization, platform and system design, architectural compliance, resource planning, and delivery milestones. • Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the team to maintain deep understanding of the infrastructure, and lead incident response during critical issues. • Define team goals and strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation. • Manage and coordinate the on-call rotation, including escalation processes, across infrastructure and software engineering teams. • Champion engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement in production environment quality and reliability.
• DACH Revenue Ownership: Own and drive revenue marketing execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, contributing directly to demand creation, demand capture, and pipeline progression in the region. • Global-to-Local Strategy Translation: Translate global demand generation and campaign strategies into locally relevant programs tailored to DACH market dynamics, buyer expectations, and language requirements. • Regional Campaign Planning & Delivery: Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns across content, paid media, organic channels, events, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives, with a clear focus on B2B SaaS audiences. • Funnel & Pipeline Management: Balance top- and mid-funnel demand generation with bottom-of-funnel programs that support pipeline acceleration, deal progression, and conversion in collaboration with Sales. • Sales Alignment (DACH): Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and account teams to align on ICPs, priority segments, target accounts, and pipeline goals specific to the DACH region. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with central Content, SEO, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure cohesive execution while advocating for DACH-specific needs. • Hands-On Execution: Operate as a hands-on marketer, directly owning execution across channels and continuously optimising performance. • Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor and optimise regional performance using metrics such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. • Regional Insight Sharing: Feed DACH-specific market insights, customer feedback, and performance learnings back into the wider demand and product marketing teams. • Continuous Improvement: Test, iterate, and improve regional programs to increase efficiency, relevance, and revenue impact.
