Role Description The Regulatory Forms Manager serves as a senior individual contributor within the Legal and Compliance organization responsible for the lifecycle of regulatory forms, including intake, ideation, drafting, review, filing support, and implementation assistance. This role plays a key part in translating product design into legally and regulatorily compliant, customer-centered coverage documents while ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. This position partners closely with internal stakeholders (i.e., Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, etc.) and external regulators to develop, revise and implement regulatory forms and related documentation. The role provides strategic guidance regarding regulatory impacts, operational implementation considerations, filing requirements, and standardization initiatives while balancing legal risk, business objectives, and customer experience. The Regulatory Forms Manager operates with significant autonomy, exercising advanced judgment in interpreting regulatory requirements, managing complex cross-functional initiatives, and driving enterprise-wide forms governance and modernization efforts in a fast-paced legal and product development environment. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end form development lifecycle, from intake through drafting, approval, state filing, and implementation. - Translate product concepts, business requirements, and customer journeys into clear, compliant coverage documentation. - Draft and refine insurance policies, service contracts, disclosures, and related materials. - Ensure all forms align with approved product design, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. - Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Regulatory Legal to define form requirements and structure. - Lead working sessions and “table reads” to validate accuracy, clarity, and operational feasibility. - Serve as the central point of coordination for all form-related initiatives across Connected Living Retail Solutions and Mobile. - Collaborate with Regulatory Legal to incorporate jurisdiction-specific requirements into forms. - Support the State Filings team by preparing forms for submission and assisting with responses to regulatory objections or inquiries. - Maintain awareness of evolving laws impacting insurance, service contracts, and emerging product offerings. - Develop and manage form intake, tracking, and governance processes. - Monitor and report on form development status across lifecycle stages. - Drive continuous improvement of templates, standards, and drafting processes to increase efficiency and consistency. - Coordinate with business and operational teams to ensure accurate implementation of approved forms. - Maintain organized repositories of forms, templates, and supporting documentation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, Insurance, Risk Management, Communications, or must have successfully completed an ABA approved paralegal certification program. - Minimum of 7 years of industry experience in a law firm, or corporation with preferred experience in the service contract/insurance industry. - Excellent drafting and negotiation skills of extended service contract and insurance policy documents. - Prior experience with state filings, including preparing, submitting, and managing filings with state insurance departments, and responding to regulatory inquiries as needed. - Highly autonomous and self-motivated work ethic; demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization internally and externally. - Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Word). - Ability to maintain a database and run reports. - Experience with legal technology such as OneSumX, Apptus/Salesforce a plus. Additional Skills - Juris Doctor (JD) or advanced legal/regulatory education preferred. - Knowledge of insurance or extended service protection products. - Knowledge of one or more of the following industries/segments: consumer goods retailing, mobile electronics/telecommunications, technology. - Experience managing complex regulatory forms programs across multiple jurisdictions preferred. Pay Range $103,800.00 - $173,300.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.

• Responsible for leading and managing the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. • Lead, coach, and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel. • Ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support. • Execute reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated. • Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base. • Collaborate with Sales and Access leadership teams to lead regional and local strategy for payer and provider access. • Develop and execute local tactical plans for brand access initiatives relevant to defined needs.
