Role Description We're looking for a Healthcare Coordinator to support care coordination operations for a fast-moving health tech company providing clinical intelligence services to employer health plans. You will handle appointment scheduling overflow, coordinate care across a large member base, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation across all member interactions. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role. You will be working alongside an AI voice agent that handles the majority of scheduling, stepping in to manually complete the 20 to 30 percent of requests the agent cannot process, and ensuring every member gets their appointment booked accurately and on time. Reliability, professionalism, and flawless English communication are non-negotiable. If you are organized, dependable, and take pride in making sure patients show up to the right appointment at the right time, this role is a strong fit.
