• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Perform account reconciliations and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. • Assist with the preparation of financial schedules, reporting packages, and supporting documentation. • Prepare and analyze prepaid expense schedules, accruals, and other balance sheet reconciliations. • Review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain vendor master data and establish new vendor accounts in compliance with company policies and vendor management requirements. • Support accounts payable accrual calculations and reporting. • Assist with fixed asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking. • Contribute to financial reporting activities and support the preparation of schedules used in internal and external reporting. • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external auditors. • Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and increase operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- 1-3 years of accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, or related accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with Workday Financials or other ERP/accounting systems preferred.
- Mortgage servicing or financial services industry experience is a plus.

The OpportunityWe’re seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to own and scale Grow Therapy’s accounts payable function. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our vendor payment ecosystem—ensuring invoices are processed accurately, GL coding is clean and compliant, and month-end AP close activities run on time. You’ll work closely with the Senior Accountant, Head of Accounting, and cross-functional teams to support the financial operations of a high-growth telehealth company. What You’ll Be Doing - Own end-to-end AP processing in NetSuite and Ramp, including invoice intake, GL coding, account and department classification, approval routing, and payment execution, while ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance. - Own month-end close for AP-related accounts (accounts payable, prepaids, and accruals), delivering fully reconciled balances with clean supporting documentation. - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and cross-functional AP inquiries, managing payment questions, resolving disputes, and supporting vendor onboarding across business teams. - Manage corporate card and expense reconciliations in Brex, ensuring timely coding, approvals, and month-end tie-out. - Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging automation and AI tooling to increase AP efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the company grows. Role Description We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with direct experience applying the EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 to manufacturers selling products in Europe. This consultant will conduct a detailed, hands-on review of existing products and compliance plans to ensure readiness for regulatory requirements rolling out across 2025, 2026, and 2027.
