Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Partnerships Platform (Integrations) team within Grow Therapy's Lives Covered pillar. What You’ll Be Doing: - Own the product roadmap for Grow's partner integration platform - Lead the design and delivery of healthcare interoperability solutions, starting with clinical data exchange for our largest health system partners - Drive platform improvements that reduce time-to-launch for new partner integrations from months to days, enabling the sales and partnerships teams to close and activate deals faster - Build integration monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively catch and resolve data quality issues across partner connections, ensuring high uptime and data accuracy - Serve as the technical integration point of contact both internally and external with partners You’ll Be a Good Fit If: - You have 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building platform or API products that serve multiple internal teams or external partners - You are strong at relationship management and working externally with partners and B2B customers - You have deep technical fluency — you can work directly with engineers on API design, data models, and system architecture without needing everything translated - Nice to Have - You have experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA) or complex B2B integration work involving multi-party data exchange - You thrive in ambiguity and can manage dependencies across multiple teams and external partners simultaneously, driving clarity where there is none - You have a track record of building scalable systems — whether internal platforms, developer tools, or integration infrastructure — and measuring success through reliability, speed, and partner satisfaction rather than just feature launches Full Time Employee Benefits: - Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage. - Parental Leave & Family Support: Up to 18 weeks paid leave and a new child stipend. - Financial Wellness: 401(k) program and equity opportunities. - Meals & Home Office Support: Stipends for home office setup and ongoing funds for meals, with tailored perks for both remote and in-office employees. - Time Off to Recharge: Flexible PTO, 12 paid holidays, and a full winter break week. - Wellness & Development: Annual stipends to put towards personal & professional growth. - Mental & Physical Health Support: No-cost access to therapy through the Grow platform, weekly flexible hours for self-care (“Mental Health Mornings/Afternoons”) and memberships to leading wellness apps (such as One Medical, Headspace, and Talkspace). - Extra Perks: Pet insurance discounts, commuter benefits, and global travel assistance. Title: Frontend Engineer, Platform Location: New York City United States, San Francisco; New York City; Seattle Employment Type Full time Location Type Hybrid Department TechnologyEngineering Compensation $182K – $250K Job Description: Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we're building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we've empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We've raised more than $328Mm in funding, including our Series D, at a $3B valuation from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, Menlo Ventures, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, and others. The Opportunity We're building a dedicated Frontend Platform team, and we're looking for a Frontend Engineer who loves working on the systems that every product team builds on. You'll own the design system and the horizontal web foundation - the shared components, patterns, architecture, and tooling that let every team ship consistent, high-quality experiences without reinventing the basics. This is the engineering layer underneath Grow's product surface. As we consolidate into a modern Next.js architecture and launch a major new consumer brand, the platform you build is what makes everyone else faster - and what keeps the experience cohesive as we scale. It's a foundational role on a new team, with real room to shape how web engineering works at Grow. What You'll Do - Own and evolve our design system - architecture, tokens, theming, governance, and the patterns product teams rely on, in close partnership with Design Engineering - Build the horizontal web foundation: shared components, frameworks, and the architecture that product teams build features on top of - Improve performance, accessibility, and consistency across all web surfaces - making quality the default rather than something each team re-solves - Develop the tooling and developer experience that help product teams move quickly and confidently, including an AI-forward approach to frontend development - Partner with product and engineering teams to bring platform capabilities into their workflows, and contribute improvements back from real product needs - Create the documentation and guidance that make all of the above easy to adopt You'll Be a Good Fit If You: - Have 5+ years of frontend or full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of work that other engineering teams depended on - Have experience building or scaling design systems, component libraries, or shared frontend infrastructure - with an instinct for horizontal impact over one-team feature work - Bring enough product sensibility to build a platform people actually want to use - you understand the product surface your work powers - Are fluent in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, CSS systems) - Think in systems - seeing patterns, simplifying complexity, and designing for reuse across teams - Have a strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance as shared, systemic concerns - Are comfortable with AI-assisted development (AI tools are part of our daily workflow and our interview loop) - Communicate clearly and influence engineering and UI standards across teams - Bring a founder's mindset: ownership, speed, pragmatism, and bias toward action Bonus Points: - You've worked with experimentation/feature-flagging, localization (i18n), or accessibility tooling at a systems level - You have monorepo or frontend build tooling experience (Turborepo, Nx, Vite) - You were a product engineer before moving toward platform - you understand both sides Why This Role Matters As Grow scales, every product team ends up re-solving the same horizontal problems - consistency, performance, accessibility, shared components. This team removes that friction so product teams can focus on the experience. The web is becoming the primary surface for millions of clients, and the platform you build is the foundation that lets us ship a consumer-grade experience, fast, without sacrificing quality. Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is: - Hybrid Commitment: $182,000-$250,000 USD Annually This role is hybrid, onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location. The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location. Full Time Employee Benefits: - Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and disability coverage. - Mental & Physical Health Support: No-cost access to therapy through the Grow platform, weekly flexible hours for self-care ("Mental Health Mornings/Afternoons") and memberships to leading wellness apps (such as One Medical, Headspace, and Talkspace). - Extra Perks: Pet insurance discounts, commuter benefits, and global travel assistance. Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Grow TherapyGrow Therapy is an online mental healthcare platform that was launched in 2020 during the spike in depression and anxiety amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The missio
About Us: Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others. The Opportunity: We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and deepen Grow Therapy's most strategic payor partnerships. You'll own a focused portfolio of health plan relationships — managing day-to-day operations while driving each account toward deeper, more exclusive partnership structures that position Grow as payors' go-to behavioral health partner. You'll be part of a remote-friendly team reporting directly into the Director of Account Management, working closely with our VP, Corporate and Business Development. What You’ll Be Doing: - Own the post-sale, end-to-end relationship for a focused set of payor accounts, managing both the operational baseline and the strategic trajectory toward deeper, more exclusive partnership structures - Build and and maintain deep, ongoing knowledge of each account, its stakeholders, and its decision makers — understanding organizational priorities, leadership dynamics, and strategic pressures beyond what surfaces in meetings — and use that context to inform how we engage - Lead rate renegotiation and partnership structuring conversations as a core part of the role, bringing a clear point of view on what Grow can offer and what the partner needs - Proactively bring insights and ideas to partners before they ask, drawing on cross-account patterns and industry trends to position Grow as a thought partner rather than a vendor - Coordinate internally across operations, product, and clinical teams — with support from the Director and VP, Corporate and Business Development — to ensure partner priorities are represented and that solutions are built to scale across accounts, not as one-off custom builds - Drive accountability across complex, multi-workstream partnerships by tracking what needs to happen, in what order, and ensuring both the partner and Grow's internal teams are making progress You’ll Be a Good Fit If: - You have experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts independently. You've owned a set of relationships end-to-end and driven them forward without being prompted - You're comfortable engaging senior external stakeholders with a clear, consultative narrative and have experience leading repricing or contract renegotiation conversations - You communicate with purpose: you lead with the headline, orient every update around opportunity and next steps, and can make complex situations easy for any audience to act on - You bring analytical rigor to your work. You think through how proposals will land with different stakeholders, pressure-test recommendations before they go out, and understand the downstream impact on operations, product, and financials - Experience in healthcare, health plan partnerships, or a similarly complex regulated environment is a strong plus If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume. Note: Please upload your resume in PDF format Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is Hybrid Commitment: $120,000–$140,000 USD Annually Fully Remote Commitment: $144,000–$168,000 USD Annually This role can be hybrid (onsite from our NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle hub location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) or fully remote. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a highly technical, systems-oriented Staff Engineer to drive architecture, scalability, and platform strategy across the Lives Covered organization at Grow Therapy. This role will work horizontally across Billing & Payments and Partnerships to strengthen the core systems that power insurance workflows, partner integrations, financial infrastructure, and clinical data exchange. You will operate at the intersection of product, platform, and infrastructure—partnering closely with Engineering Managers and Product leads to shape long-term technical direction while unblocking high-impact initiatives. You’ll identify fragmentation across services, design durable abstractions, and ensure that foundational systems (e.g., billing integrity, claims lifecycle, partner ingestion, data sharing) scale with Grow’s growth. What You’ll Be Doing: - Define and own the long-term technical vision for core Lives Covered systems, including billing integrity, claims lifecycle, partner integrations, scheduling, and clinical data exchange. - Architect scalable backend systems that support high-volume financial transactions, partner onboarding, eligibility checks, prior authorization workflows, and data sharing across payors and employers. - Design and evolve durable systems of record (e.g., Ledger, rates, coverage models) that ensure auditability, correctness, and extensibility as Grow scales. - Standardize and simplify complex partner integrations by building reusable platform primitives that reduce the marginal cost of onboarding new partners. - Lead cross-team initiatives that span Billing & Payments and Partnerships, bringing clarity to ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges. - Instrument critical financial and integration flows, using data to identify bottlenecks, reduce uncollected revenue, and improve partner onboarding speed. - Establish architectural guardrails, service boundaries, and documentation standards to ensure consistency and long-term maintainability. - Mentor senior engineers and elevate architectural rigor across multiple teams, influencing without direct authority. You’ll Be a Good Fit If: - You have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives. - You’ve designed and operated scalable backend systems or systems of record in domains like payments, integrations, data platforms, or high-volume transactional systems. - You are comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguity—translating complex business or regulatory requirements into durable technical architecture. - You influence without authority, communicate clearly across engineering, product, and operations, and raise the technical bar through mentorship. - You think in systems and leverage—optimizing for long-term scalability, reuse, and reduced marginal cost rather than one-off solutions.
