Role Description The Analyst, Compliance Governance is responsible for supporting and executing healthcare credentialing activities to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and client policies and standards. The Analyst ensures accurate verification, documentation, and monitoring of healthcare provider qualifications while partnering closely with internal and external operational teams to mitigate organizational risk. Location: Remote - working PST hours What You Will Do - Perform credentialing of compliance documentation in accordance with client requirements. - Validate qualifications including licensure, certifications, training, education, and employment history. - Perform primary source verification and monitor license expirations and disciplinary actions, escalating concerns to the Compliance Manager when needed. - Collaborate with Compliance team, Client Services, and Suppliers to resolve discrepancies or credentialing issues. - Perform routine audits of compliance documents to ensure audit readiness. - Support external audit requests by compiling and providing credentialing documents through secure channels. - Generate reports to track and monitor compliance documentation to ensure timely completion in accordance with client onboarding deadlines. - Assist with creation and maintenance of internal SOPs related to compliance and credentialing processes. - Monitor electronic mailboxes, distributing correspondence to Compliance Governance team members in accordance with internal procedures. - Offer suggestions for process improvements and system enhancements related to credentialing and compliance. Qualifications - Associates degree or equivalent experience. - 2-4 years compliance/credentialing experience in healthcare staffing and/or in a hospital-setting. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. - Must possess strong organizational, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint. - MSP experience preferred. Compensation - Salary range is $60,000-$70,000 USD annually. Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
