The Senior Director – US Regulatory Compliance is about more than reciting regulations; it’s about partnering with all areas of our business to ensure our sports betting product stays compliant whilst delivering industry leading customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Establish second line of defence compliance function to ensure compliance with regulations, considering current and future business structure and goals. - Partner with the first line of defence (1LOD) teams to advise on regulatory requirements and whether 1LOD activities/products/reporting are compliant. - Partner with the 1LOD teams to create effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. - Ensure compliance with any regulatory filings or approval processes. - Create and deliver relevant training to 1LOD teams. - Proactively advise 1LOD teams on key regulatory or legal updates in each state. Job requirements What are we looking for? - At least 7 years compliance experience, including managing a team and developing younger talent. - Must have US online and retail sports betting experience. - Ideally you will hold a JD or have experience of working within sportsbook or trading teams. - Excellent relationships with state gaming regulators and gaming lobbyists are required. - This role requires excellent knowledge of the legal landscape regarding state online and retail sports betting regulations and other relevant legislation and case law. You should have an excellent knowledge of all regulatory matters impacting online sportsbooks including KYC and onboarding requirements, reporting, promotions and offers, trading issues, trading markets, responsible gaming and sports integrity matters - You must be somebody who thinks outside the box and is solution orientated. - You must have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complicated legal concepts to non-lawyers. • Manage the full AmeriCorps member lifecycle, including outreach, interviewing, enrollment, onboarding, and exit procedures. • Maintain accurate and confidential member records, including eligibility documentation, service agreements, and required compliance materials. • In collaboration with Blueprint’s Data Analyst, track and assess member service hours and timesheets to ensure members are on pace to fulfill their term of service requirements. • Provide recruitment support across all regions during peak seasons or as requested. • Create and facilitate onboarding training for AmeriCorps members regarding AmeriCorps requirements, any required updates, and time tracking requirements. • Assist members in navigating AmeriCorps systems and technology platforms. • Build and maintain online resources and tools to support members throughout their service term. • Purchase program materials and branded items in accordance with budget guidelines. • Monitor program adherence to AmeriCorps regulations, including prohibited activities, service hour requirements, and member eligibility. • Conduct orientations and ongoing training on AmeriCorps rules, expectations, and compliance requirements.

• Support the execution and continuous enhancement of the compliance program for DraftKings' prediction market offering, ensuring alignment with Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) regulations, National Futures Association (NFA) requirements, and internal policies. • Manage day-to-day compliance activities, including monitoring, issue management, documentation, control execution, and ongoing compliance reporting. • Partner with Legal and Compliance leadership to respond to regulatory inquiries, examinations, audits, self-certifications, and other information requests. • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable business processes, platform enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives. • Develop, maintain, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, playbooks, and internal controls across areas including market surveillance, anti-money laundering and know your customer (AML/KYC), customer protection, marketing compliance, and information security. • Monitor compliance risks by reviewing alerts, documenting findings, escalating potential issues, and helping drive timely remediation. • Improve compliance operations by enhancing reporting, automation, tooling, and governance processes as the business continues to grow. • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate compliance activities, regulatory developments, emerging risks, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.

• Own and enhance DraftKings’ Data Subject Rights (DSR) program, including tooling, workflows, and system integrations. • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to design and implement scalable solutions for data discovery, retrieval, and deletion. • Build and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and dashboards to support DSR fulfillment and privacy reporting. • Strengthen the data retention and deletion program, including documenting data usage, retention requirements, and system-level controls. • Map and validate data lineage and system linkages, ensuring personal data is accurately identified across core and downstream systems. • Collaborate across teams to operationalize privacy requirements into technical controls and processes. • Support ongoing improvements to privacy tooling and automation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
