Audiovisual Specialist I – Internal Communications

• Manage and plan the area’s audiovisual project pipeline (from technical conception to schedule and final delivery), ensuring full asynchronous visibility of task progress for the team; • Act in a consultative, curious, and questioning manner when receiving briefs, understanding the true strategic intent of each production and guiding the format toward the most effective communication approach; • Produce, direct, and edit strategic audiovisual materials (institutional videos, short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics) with a focus on employee experience, engagement, and the employee journey; • Provide technical leadership on creative projects, aligning with designers and copywriters to ensure end-to-end quality, consistency, and speed of campaign delivery; • Oversee governance of production companies and partner vendors, conducting technical briefings and advocating for deadlines and budgets; • Ensure consistency with Grupo Boticário’s brand identity and guidelines across all internal pieces, promoting and scaling the use of creative template packages; • Integrate generative Artificial Intelligence tools into the workflow to optimize time, scale, and productivity; • Analyze and interpret performance data from internal video channels (retention rates, views, and engagement on YouTube) to optimize formats and distribution channels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Graphic Design, Social Communication, Film, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields;
- Solid experience in visual design and video editing;
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion design tools applied to fast-paced communication;
- Practical experience managing timelines, structured workflows, and asynchronous visibility using task/project management tools;
- Mature experience interfacing with agencies, external production companies, and vendors (negotiating deadlines/costs, technical vendor briefings, and quality alignment);
- Ability to execute agile shoots (including mobile capture techniques for real-time coverage);
- Curious profile, connected to creative trends and new digital formats.
- Differentials:**
- Expertise in creating editable motion/video template packages for internal scaling of the team;
- Practical familiarity with generative AI tools applied to the audiovisual pipeline (asset generation, transcription, assisted editing);
