• Develop and lead HALO’s internal and leadership communications strategy, ensuring communication priorities support business goals, organizational alignment, and change adoption. • Create communication frameworks, standards, and rhythms that improve consistency, quality, and effectiveness across the enterprise. • Help define how and when key company messages are delivered across leadership forums, organization updates, transformation efforts, and major business milestones. • Establish a practical communications operating model that improves planning, decision-making, and execution across stakeholders. • Partner directly with executive leaders to shape and draft high-impact communications, including leadership messages, organization announcements, town halls, presentations, and strategic updates. • Translate business priorities into clear messaging, narratives, and supporting materials for internal audiences. • Prepare leaders for key communication moments by organizing messages, sequencing updates, and ensuring consistency across channels and stakeholders. • Lead communication planning for organizational changes, leadership transitions, business updates, and transformation initiatives. • Partner with HR / Workforce & Performance and business leaders to draft and coordinate employee-facing and leader-facing communications that are clear, thoughtful, and well executed. • Ensure communication plans consider timing, stakeholder alignment, manager readiness, and downstream employee experience. • Develop messaging frameworks, talking points, presentation narratives, FAQs, and communication assets that help leaders and teams communicate effectively. • Serve as a central communications partner across Marketing, HR / Workforce & Performance, Executive Leadership, and key business functions.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in communications, executive communications, internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a related field
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and drafting polished communications for leadership and broad employee audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing, storytelling, and message development capabilities
- Strong business judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, prioritization, and execution discipline to ambiguous or fast-moving work
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience developing communication plans for organizational change, transformation, or other high-visibility initiatives
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
