VP, Relationship Manager
Axos Bank
• Develop and grow vendor financing relationships and strategic partnerships. • Identify and onboard new vendors, OEMs, dealers, and referral sources • Structure and negotiate financing transactions in partnership with Credit and Capital Markets • Manage an active pipeline and achieve sales, revenue, and portfolio growth objectives • Serve as the primary contact for key vendor relationships and executive stakeholders • Collaborate with Operations, Servicing, Accounting, and Marketing to ensure successful program implementation and execution • Represent Verdant at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in equipment finance, vendor finance, commercial lending, or related financial services
- Proven business development and relationship management experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
