Role Description The Process Improvement & Standards Manager will lead a cross-functional team of data analysts and Lean/change specialists to accelerate business performance through aligned metrics, disciplined problem solving, and sustainable process improvement. This role is responsible for: - Building a robust, cascading scorecard that flows from Business Operations Leadership to individual contributors. - Creating and sustaining a prioritized pipeline of analytics and improvement projects. - Rolling out Leader Standard Work across Business Operations. - Facilitating Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), Kaizen events, and problem-solving training. - Coaching the team and business leaders through improvement projects to ensure results are delivered and sustained. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field. - 7+ years of combined experience in operational excellence/continuous improvement and data analytics; experience leading both analytics and Lean initiatives. - 3+ years’ experience managing or leading teams. - Demonstrated success creating and operating cascading scorecards, dashboards, and governance for KPIs. - Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools and languages (SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; Python/R preferred). - Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent and practical experience facilitating Kaizen/RIEs and structured problem solving. - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels. - Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/TMS or other operational systems is a plus. PLOS is a nonprofit, Open Access publisher empowering researchers to accelerate progress in science and medicine by leading a transformation in research communication. As the Publishing Operations Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring PLOS’s publishing workflows are supported by a diverse, high-performing network of external partners. You will lead vendor strategy across the publishing lifecycle, ensuring supplier capabilities align with organizational needs. • Responsible for leading and managing the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. • Lead, coach, and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel. • Ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support. • Execute reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated. • Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base. • Collaborate with Sales and Access leadership teams to lead regional and local strategy for payer and provider access. • Develop and execute local tactical plans for brand access initiatives relevant to defined needs.
