Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and engaging Customer Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver impactful product and workflow training for our external clients and internal teams. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the Cotality product suite, ensuring seamless onboarding, driving user adoption, and creating high-quality instructional content. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will use data and feedback to continuously evolve our training methodologies across virtual, in-person, and digital learning platforms. Key Responsibilities - Training Delivery & Facilitation - End-to-End Client Training: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive product, system, and onboarding training tailored to external clients. - Blended Learning Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions across multiple mediums, including virtual classrooms (Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar), one-on-one phone coaching, and interactive on-site sessions. - Internal Knowledge Sharing: Conduct internal training sessions to brief internal teams on client-specific workflows, unique requirements, and specialized configurations. - Train-the-Trainer: Develop and lead train-the-trainer workshops to scale training capabilities where necessary. - Content & Curriculum Development - Collateral Creation: Author, design, and update diverse training materials, including quick-start guides, comprehensive user manuals, and instructional videos. - Process Mapping: Partner with business leaders to define, streamline, and execute internal processes for the creation and deployment of training materials. - Innovation & Research: Continuously research emerging training aids, tools, and methodologies, presenting strategic recommendations to management. - Program Evaluation & User Adoption - Continuous Improvement: Track, analyze, and report on course evaluations and program effectiveness; iterate on training materials and teaching methods based on data insights. - Digital Enablement: Support the broader User Adoption Strategy by documenting new feature configurations across platforms to accelerate user proficiency and software adoption. Qualifications - 2+ years of dedicated experience in a software/product training or instructional design role. - Experience within the Real Estate industry is highly desirable. - Prior experience in curriculum development for digital enablement or software adoption platforms is considered a strong asset. Requirements - Dynamic Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to command a room, whether presenting to large groups virtually or coaching individuals one-on-one. - Virtual Facilitation: Proficient in using web-based applications and highly experienced in delivering engaging web-based/virtual training sessions. - Adaptability: Sharp analytical and intuitive skills to anticipate participant bottlenecks, address difficult questions on the fly, and pivot training material to meet audience needs. - Communication & Relationships: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of cultivating positive, collaborative relationships with clients and internal colleagues. - Autonomy & Problem Solving: Proven ability to work effectively under limited supervision. Expected to independently analyze complex challenges outside immediate scope and proactively present strategic recommendations to leadership. Role Description Associate Instructors will join SEO’s community of passionate educators to implement a rigorous college prep curriculum for motivated and driven high school students. Using our original curriculum and a student-centered approach to teaching and learning, Associate Instructors play an integral part in supporting our Scholars’ journeys to a competitive college and beyond.
