• You will lead the technical execution of learning programs by configuring paths, managing enrollments, and maintaining data integrity within our LMS (Docebo) to ensure a seamless learner experience. • You will build and interpret robust analytics—covering attendance, completions, and engagement—to identify trends and gaps that inform continuous improvement of our learning initiatives. • You will act as a bridge between global learning teams and local HR, managing the internal learning inbox, local training coordination, and the monthly learning newsletter to ensure cross-functional alignment. • You will own various high-impact projects, such as accessibility initiatives and SharePoint management, while ensuring compliance training schedules and audits meet all regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise-level learning management systems (Docebo preferred), including course setup, learner management, and system optimization.
  • Skills in data interpretation and problem-solving, with the ability to transform raw reporting metrics into clear, actionable business insights.
  • English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with the confidence to deliver clear presentations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple systems and high-stakes data with consistency and accuracy.
  • Experience working closely with HR or business partners to coordinate and deliver local training solutions that align with broader global strategies.

Role Description Associate Instructors will join SEO’s community of passionate educators to implement a rigorous college prep curriculum for motivated and driven high school students.
