Responsibilities - Organiser et animer les planifications trimestrielles, les revues de fin de cycle, rétrospectives et autres cérémonies d’équipe; - Coordonner le calendrier des rencontres récurrentes et en assurer la tenue efficace; - Produire et présenter des rapports d’état à la direction sur l’avancement des initiatives de sécurité, incluant les indicateurs clés (vélocité, blocages, risques, livraisons); - S’assurer de la santé, de la qualité et de la priorisation des backlogs des différentes équipes en collaboration avec les responsables de domaines et experts techniques; - Piloter la création et la mise à jour des feuilles de route de sécurité; - Faciliter les exercices de priorisation trimestrielle avec les parties prenantes et la direction, et s’assurer de l’alignement avec les objectifs de l’organisation; - Maintenir, configurer et optimiser les tableaux et projets Jira, incluant les conventions de travail, flux, champs et tableaux de bord; - Identifier et lever les obstacles qui nuisent à l’avancement des équipes, en faisant le lien avec les parties prenantes internes et d’autres secteurs au besoin. Qualifications - Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en administration, technologies de l’information, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine pertinent; - Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en coordination ou gestion de livraison agile; - Expérience démontrée dans l’animation de cérémonies agiles et de planifications trimestrielles; - Bonne maîtrise des pratiques agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ou cadre adapté); - Maîtrise avancée de Jira (administration, tableaux, automatisations, tableaux de bord); - Expérience dans la production de rapports d’état et de reddition de comptes à la direction; - Expérience dans un contexte de sécurité de l’information, de cybersécurité ou de technologies de l’information; - Certifications agiles (SAFe RTE, CSM, PSM ou équivalent); - Expérience en milieu financier ou institutionnel similaire; - Connaissance de Confluence ou d’outils similaires de gestion de la documentation.
