• Facilitar todas as cerimônias do Scrum (Planning, Daily, Review e Retrospective); • Garantir a correta aplicação das metodologias ágeis, promovendo a melhoria contínua das equipes; • Apoiar o Product Owner e as lideranças técnicas na gestão do backlog e priorização das demandas; • Acompanhar a evolução das sprints, entregas e indicadores de desempenho das equipes; • Monitorar o plano de execução das ondas de migração da Plataforma Corporativa de Dados e do Data Warehouse; • Gerenciar dependências entre as equipes de Plataforma, Engenharia de Dados, Governança, Segurança e áreas de negócio; • Identificar, registrar e apoiar a mitigação de riscos e impedimentos do projeto; • Atuar na remoção de bloqueios que possam impactar as entregas; • Garantir visibilidade sobre cronogramas, marcos, entregáveis e evolução das iniciativas; • Facilitar a comunicação entre equipes técnicas e stakeholders executivos; • Apoiar o Delivery Manager e o Gerente de Projetos na gestão operacional das entregas; • Promover o alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas, apoiando a resolução de conflitos e priorizações; • Monitorar métricas ágeis e elaborar status reports periódicos sobre a evolução do projeto.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida atuando como Scrum Master;
  • Experiência em projetos de tecnologia e plataformas de dados;
  • Vivência em projetos de Dados, Analytics ou Data Platform;
  • Experiência em programas de migração de ambientes e modernização tecnológica;
  • Conhecimento prático em Scrum, Kanban e outras metodologias ágeis;
  • Experiência na condução de cerimônias ágeis;
  • Vivência na gestão de riscos, dependências e impedimentos;
  • Experiência com métricas ágeis e acompanhamento de indicadores de entrega;
  • Experiência em projetos de migração de plataformas de dados para Cloud;
  • Experiência em projetos de Data Lake, Data Warehouse ou Enterprise Lakehouse;
  • Conhecimento em ambientes AWS;
