Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred. - 10–12+ years of experience spanning software product management, enterprise IT, or digital platform delivery. - Demonstrated experience with end‑to‑end SDLC, including Agile development, release management, and post‑launch optimization. - Proven background in enterprise software, platforms, or digital workplace solutions. - Experience operating as a customer advocate or customer zero within a product organization strongly preferred.
