Role Description We're hiring a Mid-Level Partnerships Analyst to take part in the full development cycle of strategic partnerships, from prospecting to onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management. You'll work directly with the Partnerships Manager and in collaboration with the Sales, Operations, and Branding & Content teams, playing a key role in expanding Globalfy's partner network. This position is for someone with a commercial drive, the energy to build real relationships, and genuine commitment to the partner's long-term success — it's not just about closing the deal, but making the partnership perform and grow afterward. Your main responsibilities - Prospect and identify new partners through research, active outbound, and networking; - Lead qualification conversations and advance negotiations independently; - Negotiate and formalize agreements aligned with Globalfy's goals; - Attend strategic events to expand the network globally, representing Globalfy in person; Relationship & Partner Success - Guide new partners through onboarding efficiently and clearly, ensuring a solid first experience; - Serve as the partner's ongoing point of contact, nurturing the relationship beyond deal closing; - Monitor partnership performance (referral volume, engagement, results) and propose data-driven improvements; - Identify signs of low engagement and proactively act to re-engage or strengthen partnerships; Collaboration & Strategy - Collaborate with Branding & Content team to plan, execute, and document joint actions with partners; - Work with Partnerships Manager to align priorities and mid-term strategy; - Support Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth journey for partner-referred customers. Qualifications - Advanced English, in writing and speaking; - 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, or commercial customer success; - Active commercial profile, comfortable with prospecting, negotiation, and building relationships from scratch (outbound doesn't scare you); - Strong negotiation and long-term relationship management skills; - Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace; - Organized, proactive, solutions-oriented profile; - Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude); - Availability and willingness to attend in-person industry events. Requirements - You’ll stand out if you… - Speak other languages, such as Spanish; - Have experience in accounting environments, info-product businesses, etc.; - Possess a background in customer success or account management with a commercial component; - Have knowledge of CRM best practices in B2B or SaaS contexts.
