Job Requirements
- Alespoň 5 let zkušeností v oblasti datové analytiky, datové vizualizace, business intelligence, reportingu nebo na jiné obdobně zaměřené datové pozici.
- Výborná orientace v principech datové gramotnosti, interpretaci dat a rozhodování založeném na datech.
- Pokročilá znalost nástrojů pro práci s daty, jako jsou Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake nebo obdobné platformy, včetně práce se vzorci, kontingenčními tabulkami, analýzou dat a technikami čištění dat.
- Praktické zkušenosti s tvorbou dashboardů a datových vizualizací v nástrojích jako Looker Studio nebo jiných BI platformách.
- Schopnost převádět surová data do srozumitelných závěrů a prezentovat výsledky prostřednictvím poutavého datového storytellingu.
- Zkušenosti s vedením workshopů, školení, mentoringem nebo koučinkem dospělých účastníků jsou velkou výhodou.
- Výborné prezentační, komunikační a facilitační dovednosti v českém jazyce (C2).
- Schopnost vysvětlovat principy datové analytiky srozumitelně, prakticky a poutavě.
- Analytické myšlení, smysl pro detail a motivace pomáhat ostatním získat jistotu při práci s daty.
