Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, pharmacy, public health, life sciences, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in patient services, customer operations, case management, reimbursement support, access support, healthcare service delivery, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a management capacity
- Certification in service management, process improvement, project management, customer relationship management systems, or patient support operation preferred

Role Description This position is fully remote/home based. Applications will be accepted from candidates based in the UK and the following US states: FL, IL, MA, MD, NY, PA, TX, VA. PLOS is a nonprofit, Open Access publisher empowering researchers to accelerate progress in science and medicine by leading a transformation in research communication. As the Publishing Operations Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring PLOS’s publishing workflows are supported by a diverse, high-performing network of external partners. You will lead vendor strategy across the publishing lifecycle, ensuring supplier capabilities align with organizational needs. • Responsible for leading and managing the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. • Lead, coach, and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel. • Ensure optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support. • Execute reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated. • Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base. • Collaborate with Sales and Access leadership teams to lead regional and local strategy for payer and provider access. • Develop and execute local tactical plans for brand access initiatives relevant to defined needs.
• Oversee the MCA team's day-to-day operations while building the analytical and programmatic infrastructure that turns raw member engagement data into targeted, timely care interventions. • Own the four-phase operational cycle — Data Aggregation, Risk Stratification, Trend Detection & Gap Analysis, and Intervention — and be accountable for the team's contribution to measure closure rates. • Synthesize member data from the Wellth app highlight engine, Member Care Queues, supplemental data feeds (pharmacy, lab, claims), and partner health plan sources into a unified, advocate-ready view. • Monitor aggregate performance across priority HEDIS measures detect cohort-level or geography-level anomalies before they become measure-year liabilities.
