Role Description David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading online Casino and iGaming provider, who are looking to recruit a Streaming Partnership Manager for the Spanish Market to build up and manage local market partnerships and driving player acquisition through live-content channels within the iGaming industry. Position: Streaming Partnership Manager – Spanish Market Location: Spain, Remote Employment type: SLA Remuneration: Base + commission Duties and Responsibilities - Identify and recruit relevant Spanish-speaking streamers and live-content creators across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok Live and Instagram Live - Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies and streaming communities - Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, Revenue Share, hybrid and fixed-fee models - Evaluate streamer audiences, engagement rates, reach and commercial potential - Onboard partners with tracking links, promo codes, campaigns and promotional assets - Coordinate streamer campaigns, live schedules and promotional launches - Monitor key performance metrics including registrations, FTDs, deposits, CPA, ROI, NGR and player quality - Optimise existing partnerships and scale high-performing creators - Maintain regular communication with partners to support campaign performance - Ensure promotional activity follows local advertising, responsible gambling and platform guidelines - Provide regular partnership updates, pipeline reports and performance insights to management. Qualifications - Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills - Experience in streamer management, influencer marketing, affiliate management, creator partnerships or talent acquisition - Strong knowledge of the Spanish streaming and creator ecosystem - Existing network of Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok Live or other live-content creators - Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills - Commercial mindset with experience working towards performance-based targets - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment - Experience within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, gaming, crypto or performance marketing - Experience managing CPA, Revenue Share or hybrid partnership models - Understanding of streamer performance metrics including audience engagement, conversion and player acquisition. Role Description The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for creating, driving and supporting new workflow and processes – clinical and technological – for clients and Sound physician advisors as part of Sound ASSURE. When on shift, this individual will serve as the business leader and point-of-contact for clients and physicians.
