In this role, you will ensure profitable growth, optimize commercial value, and enable strategic alignment between local and global priorities. As a member of the respective Customer Unit, you will shape pricing strategies, collaborative business proposals, and key initiatives while contributing actively to Ericsson's position in the market. What you will do: - Develop and lead pricing strategies for hardware, software, and services. - Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure competitive positioning. - Create and own business cases, collaborating with stakeholders across sales, domain and commercial teams. - Initiate and lead pricing approval processes, ensuring alignment with global standards. - Provide advice on terms and conditions, cash flow, profitability and risk assessments. - Own customer price sheets, discounts and incentive structures. - Contribute to pricing excellence initiatives on analytics, automation and digitalization. The skills you bring: - A degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant domains like Telecom, IT, Networks or Digital Services. - Knowledge of the telecom market and stakeholders within Pakistan. - Strong financial acumen, including business case development. - Outstanding analytical capabilities, with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making. - Demonstrated skills in direct customer negotiations, stakeholder management, and commercial operations. - Fluency in English.
