Responsibilities - Design, build, and evolve core features of our enterprise SaaS platform while helping shape the long-term technical architecture and engineering roadmap. - Develop and maintain high-performance custom WordPress plugins and platform components, refactoring and modernizing existing code while reducing technical debt. - Improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance. - Design robust, seamless integrations with enterprise systems and third-party services. - Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality. - Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and technical planning. Mentor other engineers, lead technical initiatives, and promote engineering best practices. - Continuously evaluate new technologies and innovative approaches (such as AI capabilities) that can improve our platform. Benefits - Fair, competitive pay and real opportunities to grow. - Fully remote - no commuting, no office constraints. - No micromanagement - we do trust, ownership, and support. - All the tech equipment you need provided. - 20 working days of paid vacation, paid sick leave, public holidays, and regular salary reviews. - A flexible schedule to keep your work-life balance sane. - Space to learn, experiment, and bring your ideas to life.
