Role Description Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA - Functional Neurosurgery, you will support the marketing, sale and adoption of Functional and Stereotactic Neurosurgery solutions in close collaboration with Brainlab and partner teams, providing outstanding clinical and technical support and aiming for state-of-the-art clinical workflow implementation. The position is home office based from Dubai, close to a major airport hub, ideally located to support the Middle East and North Africa territory of responsibility. As the MENA region Functional Neurosurgery subject matter expert, you will: - Act as a Brainlab Functional Neurosurgery Portfolio expert, developing deep scientific knowledge in the field of deep brain stimulation, epilepsy management and related clinical workflows. - Lead demonstrations of Brainlab Functional Neurosurgery software and platform portfolio. - Provide on-site consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and OR personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving before and during surgery, supporting optimal patient benefit. - Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel, including OR staff, Radiology, Biomedical and Information Technologies staff, on the use of Brainlab products and services related to Functional Neurosurgery. - Team up with the regional support team in the development and drive of training programs for hospital staff, enabling them to implement in-house training on the assigned products. - Develop and conduct training programs for local teams. - Keep abreast of developments regarding Brainlab and competitive Image Guided Surgery (IGS) products and services in the Functional Neurosurgery area, via ongoing training and market research and analysis. - Provide continuous feedback to Functional Neurosurgery Product Management on clinical and quality improvements for Brainlab solutions. - Work closely with Brainlab Area Account Managers (AAMs) on local strategy to maximize penetration of Functional Neurosurgery software and platform solutions. - Collaborate with partner companies on regional strategy in relation to the DBS portfolio offering and the introduction of state-of-the-art image guided workflows. - Support the launch of Image Guided DBS. - Build relationships with clinical stakeholders, maintaining contact, assessing satisfaction and product usage levels. - Identify and conceive clinical marketing initiatives as well as drive them once approved. - Actively contribute to the execution of the regional marketing plan, implementing region specific initiatives and programs. - Contribute to Functional Neurosurgery market transparency maintenance. - Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote Functional Neurosurgery products and services. - Travel - up to 75% Qualifications - BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering / Clinical Engineering; or an equivalent medical based degree. Neuroscience background being a plus. - 5 years experience in medical technology or medical devices. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs and wisely manage field dynamics. - Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills in different settings, spanning from external end customers to partner companies representatives. - Ability to understand highly technical product solutions and passion in translating their value in a clear value proposition. - Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions. - Ability to work well in a team environment and individually, as well as with minimal supervision amidst ever changing priorities and demanding deadlines. - Fluency in spoken and written English. Role Description CLF Consultants is building a clinical team to staff a telephonic care line supporting the Maryland Cannabis Administration. As a Cannabis Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will provide professional information to Maryland medical cannabis patients, caregivers, and providers, including guidance on medical cannabis use: - Product and strain selection for qualifying conditions - Contraindications - Side effects and risks - Basic screening and referral for problem use This is a remote, part-time, information-only clinical role delivered by phone. There is no bedside care, medication administration, night shifts, or physical patient care, and no diagnosis, prescriptions, or brand recommendations. Schedule: approximately 12 to 15 hours per week; primary coverage Wednesday through Friday 3:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET. Schedule may adjust as the pilot evolves. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing. - Current HIPAA training and a commitment to caller confidentiality. - Strong telephone communication skills and comfort working remotely with call-center software and a reliable internet connection. - No conflict of interest: not employed by or holding an interest in a cannabis licensee or registrant, and not an active certifying provider. Requirements - Answer inbound calls during scheduled coverage hours, providing professional, non-promotional medical cannabis information. - Triage concurrent calls and return callbacks within 15 minutes during hours of operation. - Provide basic screening and referral for cannabis use disorder and problem use, and route out-of-scope calls appropriately. - Record required call data in a de-identified format and maintain strict caller confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. - Work collaboratively with clinical leadership and the program's pharmacy and medical advisors on complex questions. - Follow the established call-management standard operating procedures and participate in onboarding, training, and program meetings. Training Support Prior medical-cannabis training is welcomed but not required to apply. CLFC will support completion of an approved medical-cannabis education program for the right candidate prior to start. Preferred Qualifications - Prior telehealth, nurse triage, helpline, or call-center experience. - Patient-education or behavioral-health screening background, with medical-cannabis education a plus. Continuity This is a Key Personnel role. CLFC maintains per-diem backup coverage and will provide a qualified replacement within 15 days in the event of a sudden vacancy.
