Sales Development Representative, Bilingual

• Create target lists of key points of contact within your portfolio of prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo. • Develop creative engagement campaigns that drive curiosity using email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and phone. • Discover new business opportunities by understanding a prospect’s interests, needs, and knowledge gaps through thoughtful conversations with senior decision makers. • Respond to all marketing-generated leads in a professional and timely manner to identify opportunities. • Deliver a consistent volume of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers, including detailed handover notes and briefings. • Provide prospects with a high-quality experience and positive impression. • Use Salesforce to record all activity and client interactions, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in B2B internal sales (approximately 12 months), ideally within SaaS, software, data analytics, or subscription-based solutions.
- Ability to confidently engage prospects by phone, establish credibility, and build rapport.
- Collaborative team mindset with strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Ability to work towards and achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- Interest in technology and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and use of AI in sales processes.
- Ability to use metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers.
