Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Argentina

• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting. • Manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

  • Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus.
