Group Credit Controller

Role Description The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale. We're looking for a Group Credit Controller to be the subject matter expert on credit-related topics across the group, such as retail, wholesale, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. What you'll be doing: - Ensuring the accurate accounting, reconciliation, presentation, and disclosure of financial statement line items - Leading the month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes, including audits for these areas - Collaborating with Credit and Risk teams to ensure compliance of processes with IFRS 9 standards and business requirements, including retail, wholesale, and credit management - Supporting the launch and growth of credit products across multiple locations - Identifying credit exposures, ensuring proper accounting in line with IFRS 9 and IFRS 7 guidelines - Serving as a key member of internal credit committees and acting as the ECL model owner for the group - Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls (SOX) across credit and ECL processes - Acting as the primary contact for external auditors (both group and local) Qualifications - To be a qualified accountant or have an equivalent certification - Expertise in IFRS 9 standards and expected credit losses (ECL), including data, models, accounting, disclosure, and controls - Experience with credit products across retail and wholesale segments - Impeccable data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL - A logical and structured approach to problem-solving - High motivation and a results-driven mindset Nice to have - Experience within a fast-growing organisation - Familiarity with financial instruments, such as derivatives, hedging, and financial guarantees Compensation range - Poland: PLN15,300 - PLN17,000 gross monthly* - Lithuania: €4,000 - €5,000 gross monthly* - Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
