Numerator
Role Description This position will report to the Controller APAC and will be responsible for accounting and month-end close activities for the APAC countries. - Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close for the mentioned APAC countries including intercompany transaction documentation with the US. - Compliance with the local GAAP's and U.S. GAAP, enforce company accounting policies, practices and internal controls, and ensure consistency in accounting on a worldwide basis. - Ensures financial accounts are properly supported and reconciled. - Responsible for maintaining a robust financial and operational control environment for the Indian business in compliance with the company policies. - Provide the business with timely, accurate and insightful analysis of the results and forecast, leading to accelerated business performance; responsible for delivery of accurate books of accounts - P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. - The Controller will be responsible for providing the leadership team with reports and insights, providing all financial submissions to the global team and managing all local budgets and business targets. - Directs the daily activities and the career development of team members, including hiring, coaching, reviewing work, establishing goals and performance management of Global team members as required. - Work closely with the Corporate Controller's Group and interface with the local management to provide technical, operational and other support on an as-needed basis. - Identify opportunities to improve cost structure. - Strong communication with senior leaders throughout the organization. Role Description We are a fast-growing, sales-driven travel company. Our business is characterized by high average transaction value and complex trip economics, including supplier costs, commissions, incentives, refunds, exchanges, ADM/ACM, ancillary products, claims and post-sale adjustments. The Financial Controller will own the monthly close, accounting accuracy and preparation of the company's financial statements. The role will consolidate revenue and gross profit data provided by the Revenue & Gross Profit Manager with operating expenses, payroll and other corporate costs to produce a complete and reliable view of the company's financial performance. The role reports to the Finance Director and supervises the Finance Operations / AP & Treasury Specialist. Key Responsibilities - Own the monthly accounting close and reporting calendar. - Prepare the actual P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement. - Calculate and report actual EBITDA. - Ensure accurate accounting for operating expenses, payroll, accruals, reserves, assets and liabilities. - Reconcile revenue, COGS and gross profit schedules to the general ledger. - Review accounting cutoff and ensure transactions are recognized in the correct period. - Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged or unexplained balances. - Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliations and payment operations. - Review payment registers and supporting documentation. - Coordinate payroll accounting, tax filings, statutory reporting and audit requests. - Prepare monthly management reporting and explain material actual variances. - Maintain accounting policies, reporting definitions and internal financial controls. - Improve and automate accounting, reconciliation and reporting processes. Qualifications - 6–10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or financial control. - At least 3 years in an Accounting Manager, Reporting Manager, Financial Controller or similar role. - Strong experience preparing P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements. - Strong knowledge of monthly close, accruals, cutoff, reconciliations and balance sheet control. - Experience with AP, AR, payroll accounting, taxes and payment controls. - Experience reconciling operational systems or subledgers to the general ledger. - Experience supervising accounting or finance operations staff. - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. - Experience with ERP or accounting systems and reporting tools. - Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to challenge unsupported financial data. - Strong written and verbal English. Preferred Background - Experience in travel, marketplace, e-commerce, payments, hospitality or another transaction-based business. - Experience with supplier liabilities, customer receivables, refunds and payment processors. - ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory. What Success Looks Like - Monthly financial statements are accurate, timely and fully supported. - Actual EBITDA is consistently calculated and explainable. - Revenue and COGS reconcile to the operational finance data. - Balance sheet accounts have clear owners and reconciliations. - Payments, taxes and statutory obligations are completed on time. - Financial reporting no longer depends on manual knowledge held by one person.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise Session Border Controllers (Oracle/Acme Packet, AudioCodes, or similar) • Design SIP trunking, call routing strategies, dial plans, and carrier interconnections for enterprise voice environments • Integrate SBCs with collaboration and contact center platforms such as Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and other UC/CC platforms • Configure and support TLS, SRTP, topology hiding, SIP normalization, SIP REFER, PRACK, early offer, and high availability deployments • Design and optimize QoS policies for real-time voice traffic across WAN/LAN environments, including DSCP marking, LLQ, and traffic prioritization • Perform SIP and RTP troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, sngrep, Homer, or similar protocol analyzers • Implement SBC security best practices including certificate management, SIP security, fraud prevention, and access hardening • Collaborate with network, security, cloud, and operations teams to deliver highly available voice and collaboration solutions.
