• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on expanding MSSP partnerships across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. • Identify, recruit, and onboard new MSSP partners that align with the company’s strategic objectives and cybersecurity portfolio. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, and technical teams to drive long-term collaboration and mutual success. • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets through new business acquisition and upsell opportunities with existing partners. • Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, product management, and sales engineering—to design tailored MSSP programs and enablement resources. • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring to ensure sustainable and profitable partnerships. • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and regional MSSP performance using CRM and sales tools. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Lead the monthly close and consolidation process across multiple legal entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Prepare and review complex journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. • Assist with consolidated financial reporting and supporting schedules. • Research, document, and apply U.S. GAAP and technical accounting guidance. • Support purchase accounting, financial due diligence, acquisition integrations, and post-acquisition accounting activities, helping newly acquired businesses transition into our accounting environment. • Coordinate annual audits and help maintain a strong internal control environment. • Partner closely with FP&A, Legal, Revenue Operations, HR, IT, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. • Drive process improvement initiatives by simplifying workflows, automating manual processes, strengthening controls, and building scalable accounting infrastructure. • Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and operational efficiency. • Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions. • Develop, mentor, and coach members of the accounting team while helping build a high-performing Finance organization.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers. • Develop trusted advisor relationships with security leaders, SOC managers, analysts, architects, and executive stakeholders. • Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and strategic planning sessions. • Align platform capabilities with customer security initiatives, compliance requirements, and operational goals. • Drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction. • Provide expert guidance on SIEM architecture, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, UEBA, SOAR, and cloud security use cases. • Review customer deployments and recommend best practices for scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. • Assist customers with use case development, detection engineering, content tuning, and security operations optimization. • Advise on log source onboarding strategies, data quality improvements, and data governance practices. • Support customers in maximizing platform value through advanced features and new product capabilities. • Monitor customer platform health, adoption metrics, and risk indicators. • Identify and proactively address technical challenges, adoption barriers, and operational inefficiencies. • Coordinate escalation management and facilitate timely resolution of critical issues. • Partner with Support, Professional Services, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to advocate for customer needs. • Develop success plans and track progress against key milestones and objectives.

• Design, implement, and optimize syslog-ng configurations for high-volume log ingestion environments • Develop and maintain complex filtering logic to ensure accurate routing, normalization, and noise reduction of logs • Analyze and improve log pipeline performance (CPU, memory, latency, throughput) • Build efficient, scalable, and fault-tolerant syslog architectures • Troubleshoot issues related to high CPU/memory usage, message drops / backpressure, ordering and duplication issues, and Network/TCP/TLS ingestion problems • Optimize buffering, batching, and flow control mechanisms in syslog-ng • Work closely with SIEM platforms (e.g. Securonix, Splunk, ELK) to ensure seamless ingestion • Ensure log integrity, reliability, and completeness across the pipeline • Implement best practices for log parsing (RFC3164, RFC5424), structured vs unstructured logs, and Secure syslog (TLS) • Perform capacity planning and load testing for syslog pipelines • Create test frameworks to validate syslog filters and configurations • Document standards, guidelines, and reusable configurations
