• As a Senior Client Solutions Manager at Brand Networks, an Augeo company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by providing tailored solutions that enhance their social media strategies. • Support a leading social influencer and employee advocacy program for one of Canada's largest retail clients. • Work closely with our clients, guiding them to achieve their marketing objectives using our platform, and helping them navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique goals and challenges. • Act as the daily point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective communication and support. • Hold weekly client check-ins to review campaign performance and adjust strategy in real time. • Lead post-campaign debriefs with clients, including key-learnings decks for larger campaigns and streamlined recaps for smaller ones. • Get to know your users: Who are they? What are their unique business challenges? What motivates them? What is their corporate culture like? How do they like to communicate? • Craft communication to drive program awareness, adoption, and usage. • Monitor and analyze client campaigns and performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments. • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, showcasing results and insights.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in social marketing and content creation, digital marketing or PR in an agency or in-house setting.
- Bilingual (Québécois French and English), with strong written and spoken fluency in Québécois French to support our Canadian client program.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow through.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proven ability to build strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.

Role Description The Solution Architect shall be responsible for guiding the large-project technical team during the bid response and engagement of execution resources for large, complex Data Center projects. During offer development through project booking, this role will direct the technical definition with support from the application quotation teams and work with the delivery team on the execution set-up.
