Role Description Supporting Marketing Strategy & Operations activities across the EMEA region. The Marketing Strategy & Operations profile plays a key role in ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the Software Business Unit (SWBU). - Managing and monitoring the Marketing team's workload, anticipating upcoming activities, setting priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. - Orchestrating all marketing actions required for the launch of new services, features, and projects. - Supporting the creation of weekly newsletters, monthly dealer articles, and other communication materials. To achieve these objectives, the profile continuously works to: - Improve coordination and visibility across marketing activities. - Prioritize initiatives and align stakeholders. - Ensure timely preparation of Go-to-Market plans. - Anticipate communication needs and plan activities in advance. Qualifications - Junior or Senior profile with at least 2 years of experience in a PMO role and/or within a Marketing team. - Fluent English is mandatory. - Italian and/or French would be considered a strong asset. Requirements - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar). - Basic understanding of marketing tools and channels, including CRM/email marketing and social media platforms. - Basic content creation skills, with the ability to support the development of newsletters, dealer articles, and communication materials. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to coordinate both personal tasks and cross-functional team activities. - Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude. - Comfortable working in a remote and highly collaborative environment.
