Role Description The Director of Physical Security is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security across GAF, GAF Energy, SIPLAST, SGI, and Standard Logistics sites within the eastern United States. This role includes supervising regional security leads, managing security coordinators, and ensuring the implementation of a comprehensive, intelligence-driven, and risk-based corporate security program. Role Description The Field Services Representative performs the day-to-day services within their assigned region. Responsibilities in this position include: - Performing and completing roof inspections. - Performing specialized tasks to resolve problems. - Providing weekly activity reports within the region. - Field work involves Low and Steep Slope roof types. - Participating in training and meetings when directed. - Prioritizing, scheduling, and performing warranty, guarantee, and complaint inspections within the area of assigned responsibility without direct supervision. - Obtaining a drone certification within the first 6 months. Role Description The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day sales support to Siplast's outside Sales team through sales activity planning, lead nurturing, prospecting, and data management. This role also provides administrative support to the Area Vice President and the sales team. Essential Duties - Responsible for the sale of the complete line of GAF Materials within territories assigned - Maintain current account base and develop new accounts in existing chains of distribution including wholesalers, dealers, literature, and other promotional material as required. - Responsible for resolving customer complaints as assigned by Regional Sales Director - Assist with meeting Territory Manager objectives and strategies to achieve Corporate goals - Work in conjunction with Territory Manager to reach deeper into the market with architects, property owners, and Consultants to promote the use of GAF products. - Attend product training sessions and trade shows as required to expand sales. Qualifications Required - H.S. Team Summary The Field Services team supports and partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide best in class installation and services of our commercial and residential roofing products. This team supports the entire GAF product line for commercial and residential with additional support for Siplast, GAF Energy and other Standard Industries businesses as needed. This position is remote, however, they will reside in the territory and generally requires the establishment of, and operation from, an in-home office and it requires travel of 30-60% to various customers, events and offsite meetings. The position reports to the Area Director Field Services or Regional Manager Field Services as applicable. Job Summary The Field Services Representative performs the day to day services within their assigned region. Responsibilities in this position include performing and completing roof inspections, performing specialized tasks to resolve problems, and providing weekly activity reports within the region. Field work involves Low and Steep Slope roof types. Participate in training and meetings when directed. Responsible for prioritizing, scheduling and performing warranty, guarantee and complaint inspections within area of assigned responsibility without direct supervision. Field Service Representative will obtain a drone certification within the first 6 months. Essential Duties - Completes roof inspections including leak and complaint inspections • Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections • Prioritizes open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule • Completes Commercial and Residential roof inspections including start ups, interims, and finals • Completes leak and complaint inspections as assigned - Assists in problem resolution, complaints and provide proper written communication to GAF and GAF owners/customers. - Provides technical assistance to internal and external business partners as directed. - Completes timely reports for all completed inspections Qualifications Required - H.S.
