• Du leitest und koordinierst IT-Projekte, von der Planung bis zum Roll-Out. • Du optimierst die IT-Landschaft mit Fokus auf SAP und Microsoft Fabric. • Du betreibst aktives Risiko- und Stakeholdermanagement und wendest dabei gängige Projektmanagementmethoden an. • Du überprüfst die Sicherstellung von Qualität, Zielerreichung und reibungsloser Übergabe an die Nutzer:innen. • Du hilfst der fachlichen Leitung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen für die neu implementieren Tools.
Job Requirements
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement.
- Du hast mindestens ein Zertifikat im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMP, IMPA C, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
- Du hast Erfahrung im Risikomanagement von IT-Projekten.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Du hast Erfahrung Projektteams zu führen.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1) und gut Englisch (B2).
- Du hast Spaß an SAP- und Microsoft-Digitalisierungsprojekten und bist motiviert in diesem Bereich mehr zu lernen.
- Du bist reisebereit, um für 3 Tage/Monat ins Headquarter an die Ostsee zu kommen (Reisezeit = Arbeitszeit).
- Idealerweise hast du ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem Anteil.
