• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing. • Define project scope, objectives, and resource allocation in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring all financial targets are met. • Facilitate regular meetings and communicate progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentorship to other project managers and team members. • Gather and synthesize business project requirements into actionable project tasks and deliverables. • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices. • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to organizational policies, governance procedures, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- 5–10 years of progressive experience as an IT Project Manager
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex business needs
- Strong skill in producing and managing comprehensive project artifacts
- Ability to facilitate prioritization exercises with stakeholders
- Experience with establishing and managing a formal change control process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana)
