• Manage a portfolio of 50 key accounts: oversee, retain and grow key accounts based in France and across Europe • Business development: identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients • Client relations: act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, coordinate with other teams, ensure overall satisfaction of your client portfolio, and resolve issues promptly • Analysis and reporting: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports and recommend areas for improvement • Internal collaboration: work closely with product, support and compliance teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
Job Requirements
- Under 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Account Executive
- At least 2 years' experience in the payments industry
- Experience with large B2B clients, ideally in an international context
- Excellent negotiation, project management and communication skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented, with a continuous desire to learn and improve the solution
- Fluent English and either Spanish or Italian
- French is not required but will strengthen your application

Use data and insights to continuously improve targeting, personalization, and program performance.
