• Drive revenue growth, expand industrial markets, and strengthen OEM and channel partnerships. • Develop and execute strategic growth plans. • Build long‑term customer relationships. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to influence product development and market strategy. • Lead market development and growth initiatives across all geared motor product lines. • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs. • Develop strategies with portfolio and product teams to address emerging market trends. • Support new business deals, proposals, and contract integration with operations. • Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships. • Partner with sales teams and leadership to evaluate performance and refine strategy. • Deliver technical and sales training to internal teams, channel partners, and customers. • Enhance customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty. • Represent Innomotics at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 10+ years in business development or sales (geared motor experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organized, goal‑driven, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Self‑directed with the ability to operate in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in forecasting, planning, and presenting growth strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel for customer visits, market development, and industry events.
